run the process in automatic mode, so it does not ask the user feedback every couple of seconds. On my PC it keeps halting and requests the user to click on OK, saying 'Couldn't open a log file. Maybe its directory is protected and damaged'. This is very annoying and would make the user reject the software. I suggest the software should just take note of which file caused the problem and move on to the next file without requesting user feedback every time it encounters such a condition....
